WONDROUS BOOKING POLICY

Thank you for choosing Wondrous for your event needs! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, please review our booking policy below.

1. Booking & Deposits
All bookings require a non-refundable 50% deposit to secure your date and services.

Dates are not reserved until the deposit is received.

The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event date.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellations must be made in writing.

Deposits are non-refundable but may be credited toward a future event if cancellation is made at least 14 days in advance.

Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested no later than 10 days prior to the event.

3. Delivery & Setup (Rentals)
Delivery and setup fees are included in your quote unless otherwise stated.

Please ensure the event space is accessible at the agreed time. A waiting fee of $25 per 30 minutes may apply if our team is delayed due to inaccessibility.

4. Photo Booth (360 & Standard)
The photo booth rental includes setup, breakdown, and an on-site attendant.

Client must provide a level, covered area with access to power (within 10 feet).

Damages to equipment caused by guests will be the responsibility of the client.

5. Rental Returns
All rental items must be returned in the condition they were delivered.

Damaged, broken, or missing items will be billed to the client at replacement cost.

If we are handling pickup, items must be gathered and ready for retrieval at the agreed time.

6. Overtime & Add-Ons
Overtime for photo booths is charged at $100/hour, billed in full-hour increments.

Last-minute add-ons are subject to availability and must be paid in full before the event.

7. Weather & Outdoor Events
For outdoor events, appropriate coverage must be provided for all equipment.

Wondrous reserves the right to cancel setup if conditions are deemed unsafe for equipment or staff.

8. Liability
Wondrous is not liable for accidents, injuries, or damages caused by misuse of equipment.

Clients are responsible for supervising children around all equipment and rentals.
